Whitehall Shell

I while ago I went there for oil change they damage under car cover . I went back and ask what happened they said oh u probably drove on something… of course won’t admit they did it If I drove on something there would be scratched and damages would be different I only been to them for service since got this car no other place. Never going back there and not recommending to anyone.

I got a state inspection and was out in like an hour. They were professional and very courteous. They were very informative about the things wrong with my car. I would definitely go back again. Awesome job guys! 👏🏽

Service was excellent. I called for an appointment. I was told to bring it in the same day. They gave me a quote by the end of the day which was extremely reasonable. Repair were completed within 2 days. Great shop, great staff. Anytime I need mechanic repairs I will be returning! Services: Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning, General repairs & maintenance

Overall my experience at Whitehall Shell is good. I wish the young people working at the desk were better trained in customer service. They need to learn how to listen and remember they are representing Stuart's establishment. Service: Tires
